The apartment offers 2-spacious bedrooms, with double beds. A large hall, the equipped kitchen and a large, comfortable bathroom with a big bathtub - kids love it! The apartment has original decorations, door handles, lamps, stucco, doors with crowns and wooden internal shutters. There is also a photography studio right next to the apartment, which can be rented for an additional fee. About the location: Oborniki Śląskie, small city within the metropolis of Wrocław. A pre-war resort and place of summer rest for the inhabitants of Wrocław. Lung diseases and melancholy were treated here. A city park, full of old trees and old villas, time seems to have stopped here. At the same time, the city is very well connected to Wrocław. Connected by the fast S5 route or a local quiet road or suburban railway, which will take you to the center of Wrocław in an ecological and pleasant way in 25 minutes. You can visit Wrocław or stay in our area where there are wonderful old pine and mixed forests on the hills, or go the other way and visit the waterfowl reserve in the complex of Zmigrod and Milicz ponds. Personally, as a host, I recommend the wonderful ancient forests around our town.

About the Host: Hosts speak Polish, English and Italian. Together with us are also staying the cat and the dog. We are leading the Foundation, which is intended to protect culture and heritage, especially those beautiful half-wooden villas from the turn of the century, many of which are falling into disrepair in Lower Silesia. The money you pay for rent will be used to continue the renovation of the villa, we still have to take care about the historic facade. And for that we are grateful. Please note that the property is managed by a private host and therefore it is not possible to receive invoices for accommodation. People are saying there is good energy in this old house.

About the Neighborhood: Our city is tiny but offers everything you could need. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and good connection to Wrocław. Less then 200 meters from us there is the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and other sport facilities such as a gym in the park, a running track or pitches for various disciplines. But what is most beautiful here is nature, omnipresent greenery, birds singing, and wonderful forests around.
